To my surprise, the delivery was quicker than expected. However, due to the peak season, there was a three-week gap before installation. I must commend Yale’s outstanding customer service and give a special mention to Andy for his impeccable installation work.
This lock has truly exceeded my expectations. While the initial setup required some patience, its operation has been flawless since. The fingerprint recognition is precise, and the ability to provide guests with temporary access is a bonus.
