Editor’s Take: Discovering the Allure of Aranda Country Club – Is it Your Next Destination?
I had a fantastic stay at Aranda Country Club, located right next to the exciting Wild Wild Wet waterpark. This spot is ideal for both kicking back and enjoying quality family time. It offers luxurious suites, a peaceful swimming pool, a sauna, and a steam room for the ultimate relaxation.
The Executive Suites are designed for comfort and luxury. They come with a living room, dining area, a small kitchen, and two bedrooms, each with its own bathroom. Prices vary based on the season and range from S$194 to S$648 per night. If you’re a member of Aranda Country Club or NTUC, you can enjoy a discount on the suite prices, making the deal even sweeter.
The chalet is conveniently located in Pasir Ris and is the perfect spot for a family staycation. There are plenty of activities to enjoy such as water aerobics, BBQs, and karaoke. Kids will love the special playroom filled with pretend kitchen items, slides, and a variety of toys to keep them entertained. Meanwhile, adults can enjoy some quiet time at the Momley Loft. My stay at this Singapore chalet was truly memorable because it seamlessly blended luxury, comfort, and fun for all ages. I highly recommend it for your next staycation.
The location is actually quite ideal for gatherings due to its spaciousness and the availability of four air conditioners that keep the place cool. However, there is only one controller to adjust the temperature, which may require sharing among roommates at night. Toiletries are limited to only soap and shampoo, with the absence of a toothbrush, which is somewhat disappointing. Unfortunately, the place lacks a microwave or oven. Moreover, the chalet provides limited amenities and the check-out process could take up to 30 minutes as they conduct a spot check before returning the deposit at the lobby.
The executive suite is quite expansive, roughly the size of a 5-room HDB flat. It comprises a large hall, a sizeable master bedroom with a queen-sized bed, and a smaller bedroom with two single beds. The suite features a 40-inch LCD TV that provides local channels. Additionally, there are fishing/prawning facilities downstairs for guests to enjoy.
Please be aware that you’re only allowed to engage the services of the official caterer, Ban Heng Restaurant. The food at the restaurant, however, is excellent.
Overall, if you’re seeking comfortable accommodations for a few individuals for a night or two, the executive suites at the Aranda Country Club are a great option. Prices vary for Aranda Country Club Members, Union members, and the public.
I would recommend this site as a possible option, especially if you have a larger budget and prefer a quieter setting compared to other locations.
