What our food editor liked about this steamboat restaurant: King of Hotpot Steamboat with excellent soup bases

Because the service was so attentive, honest, and polite, the dining experience at Hai Di Lao was fantastic. They seemed really delighted to be of service to us. They were also very efficient and alert, emptying our plates, refilling our water, and checking to see if everything was okay. I'd definitely return with such excellent food and service.
